Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original JORO packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
